Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our dental office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor
- Answer and manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records in a computerized system
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Provide personalized customer support to address inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient office operations

Skills:
- Experience working at the front desk, preferably in a dental office setting
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients
- Familiarity with computerized systems for scheduling and record-keeping
- Excellent organizational skills to manage administrative duties effectively
